**STRATEGIC PLANNING**
RELIGIOUS COURTS CLASS I A BENGKULU
1. The Purpose of Religious Court
The purpose is something to be obtained or produced in a period of one or five years. Based on the purpose that defined by Supreme Court, then Religious Courts Class IA Bengkulu was set the goals, as following :
- realize the national legal system through the enforcement of law supremacy and respect for human rights, support the implementation and law enforcement in the areas of Bengkulu Province
- improve capabilities and performance of the religious court to be more effective and efficient
- improve accountability and transparency of justice
- improve the courts of human resources quality

2. The Target of Religious Court
Terget is the result to be achieved in a shorter time than the goal. The target of Religious Court Bengkulu, as follows :
- implement the main tasks an duties of religious court in an effort that contributed to the establishment the safe, olderly and peaceful society as a part to create civil society, clean governance and transparency
- managed to actualize the values, both interisic and extrinsic from Islamic law and value that derived from the Constitution of 1945 in the daily judicial practice
- achievement of administrative settlement cases, either the rest of case or new cases that received in the current year
- achievement of olderly administration and law enforcement in religious court class IA Bengkulu
- achievement of professional, responsible court personnel that free from corrupt
- achievement of quality improvement on internal, external and community controls
- achievement of coordination, human resources quality, administration, bedget, facilities and infrastructure in religious courts class IA Bengkulu both internally and with other institutions in the Bengkulu province.

3. Oerganization Strategic
Strategic is to achieve the target as mentioned above, held by some of following activities program, as follow :
- arranged the Program Plan and Budget Routine Acivities and Development in religious court Class IA Bengkulu
- doing the arrangement, realization, responsibility and budget accounting
- procurement of facilities and infrastructure includes procurement, inventory, documentation and maintenance
- processing proposal promotions and regular salary
- provide legal counseling to the communty, either direct or indirect, related to the competency of Religous Court Body.
