Supervision Activity of Administrative Removal at The Religon Court Bengkulu Class 1A
Wednesday, February 8th 2012, The Religon Court Bengkulu Class 1A was come by team of The Administration Agency (BUA) MARI in the draft of supervision activity of administrative removal in The Supreme Court of RI’s area consist of Trie Yulanti, SH (Leader of effort arrangement part of equipment), Sukiman, SH (Leader of changing administration of equipment status) and Wahyu Dhimas Suparmasto, SH (Staff of equipment). The team came about 02.30 PM WIB who was accepted by Drs. Syafri Amrul (The Chief), the judges, and officials of PA Bengkulu.
This activity was organized as reaction of the duty’s letter no. 09/ST/BUA.4/II/2012. The purpose of this activity is to know realization of activity of administrative removal in 2011 in The Religon Court Bengkulu Class 1A.

Hatta Ali Elected as the Chief Justice
Dr. H. M. Hatta Ali, SH, MH won a democratic election for chief justice of the Supreme Court on Wednesday (02/08/2012). The election was held in a special plenary meeting in Kusuma Atmadja Room.
There were 54 justices attending the election. Hatta Ali got 28 votes, defeating Dr. H. Ahmad Kamil, SH, M. Hum who 15 votes.
Three other justices who were also gaining votes are H. Abdul Kadir Mappong, SH (4 votes), Dr. H. Mohammad Saleh, SH, MH (3 votes) and Prof. Dr. Paul E Loutulung, SH (1 votes). Meanwhile, the third ballots were declared invalid.[Read News] Date : 8 Februari 2012 Writer : Admin
